🔹 OUR STORY
SNEHASPAD FOUNDATION was established on 27th July 2025 with a
vision to create meaningful change in society. It was founded with the belief that true development begins
at the grassroots level.
Seeing the challenges faced by rural youth, women, and economically weaker communities in the North Eastern
Region, the foundation was formed to bridge the gap between opportunity and accessibility.
The organization began its journey with small awareness programs and community engagement initiatives and
is steadily expanding towards skill development and employment generation projects across the region.

At SNEHASPAD FOUNDATION, our mission is to serve with compassion, empower with knowledge, and transform
lives with opportunity.
We are committed to uplifting underprivileged and rural communities across the North Eastern Region
of India by providing skill development, entrepreneurship support, educational assistance, and
social awareness initiatives.
Through structured training programs, community engagement, and collaborative partnerships, we strive to
build self-confidence, financial independence, and sustainable livelihoods among youth and women.
Our mission is not just to offer help — but to create long-term impact by enabling individuals to become
self-reliant contributors to society.

We envision a North East India where rural youth are skilled, women are
economically independent, communities are socially aware, and development is sustainable and
